    What kind of tasks can I post?

    Small, everyday things that take minutes to a few hours: pets, plants, errands, cleaning, lifting, assembly, tech help. Anything risky, or that needs a licensed professional, is not allowed.

    How does payment work?

    You pay when you accept someone. We hold the money until you confirm the task is done, then release it to the doer. If you don't respond, it's released automatically 48 hours after completion.

    What does it cost?

    Posting and browsing are free. A small service fee is added when a task is matched. Doers keep the full task price and any tips.

    Can I do tasks on the website?

    You can browse here. Matching, chat, addresses and payments happen in the iPhone app.

    Who can see my address?

    Before a match, doers only see your area and rough distance. The exact address is shared in the chat with the one person you accept.
